Any Ozashi customer with an account can join. Joining issues your personal referral code immediately.

A referral is counted once the friend you referred completes a qualifying order of ₹799 or more. Rewards are issued at that point, not when they sign up.

You earn ₹200 per qualifying referral, and there is no limit on the number of friends you can refer. A maximum of ₹500 in rewards may be applied to any single order.

No. Self-referral is rejected — a referral code cannot be applied to the account that owns it, and each customer can be referred only once.

Rewards expire 365 days after they are issued. Your balance and expiry dates are shown in your account.

Available rewards appear at checkout. Apply one to your order and the discount is calculated and confirmed before you place the order.
